Parish Registration
We encourage everyone who has received a parish re-registration form to send it back as soon as possible. Some of you may have filled this form within the last 3 years. If you have, then we don’t need them again. If you are not sure if you did so, please call the office.
We are trying to bring all records up to date. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. If there are adult children (age 18 & over, as well as any other adults), we ask that they register
themselves separately.
